Important Safety Information
The GS1 CGM is intended for the continuous monitoring of interstitial fluid glucose levels for patients 3 years and older. Glucose levels are monitored by an electrochemical sensor which is factory calibrated, not requiring fingerstick calibration. The sensor is a single-use device that can be worn for up to 14 days by a single user. The glucose readings obtained and glucose reports generated are used for glycemic management but must not be taken as the basis of treatment decision or therapy adjustment.
