At Al Manara Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases; therefore, we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like undergarments and earrings are final sale unless defective.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Parcel
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our logistics partner using the provided pre-paid label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
